Team Performance Status Fluid Tile Pie Chart Does Not Display

The Team Performance Status fluid tile on the Manager Self Service Fluid homepage does not display the pie chart information. Instead this message displays: No chart data was set. When the user clicks on the tile the Team Performance Status Details page displays with the pie chart and the managers ePerformance document status.

Has anyone else run into this issue after setting up the tile on Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage? We have checked the query - EP_PG_DOCSTS and it is working when we run it in SQL Developer. We have verified the configurations of both Pivot Grids - EP_PG_DOCSTS and EP_PG_DOCSTS_NUI and compared the customers configuration to a PS Demo configuration and it matches. The user has been assigned the delivered ePerformance Manager Fluid role which has the permission list HCCPSS2160. Not sure what else to check. Any guidance would be great. Thanks so much!
