What table does the ACA 1095C form use to populate covered individual data?

Good Afternoon-----

Our company is doing an audit of our dependent information for the ACA 1095C form. I thought the ACA process gets the information for the covered individual data (ACA EE Transmittal Data page) from Health Benefits but I am finding discrepancies between the two. Can someone confirm what table is used please?
