How to implement language_cd in SCC_GET_LOV

In the peopleboot campus fundamentals -- setting up list of value if ound this : Note: If a SOAP service request XSD contains the 'languageCd' parameter, then the service is enabled for National Language Support (NLS). An ISO Locale value must be passed as the languageCd variable.

How do I put this in my request ?
