cross store return

in Retail Point-of-Service Solutions (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

We are using orpos v 14.0.1 and are having issue when doing cross store return with recept where the item that is being returned does not exist at the store. Here is the scenario.

I sold the item at store 5189 and did the return at store 5103, note the item returned in not in 5103 db.

The transaction is in 5103 but the rtlog was not produced which would be a missing transaction in Resa.
