Is there a better way to populate project and task on expense lines???

We are currently on EBS 12.2.3 and using Oracle Internet Expenses.

We have a requirement to auto populate project and task information on each expense line on an expense report. There are some users who frequently travel and have lot of expenses to submit regularly. It becomes very tedious to manually populate the project and task number on each line. It consumes lot of time and effort.

Many of our senior managers and VPs who travel a lot and who don't have an executive admin to take care of their expenses have expressed their unhappiness and sent a lot of requests to automate this process as it is consuming lot of their time logging expenses.
