WLS 10.3 - Custom Identity and Custom Trust - error on fs_clone

I have been trying to apply more recent security patches and have been working on switching AdminServer and Managed Servers for EBS apps to use a "Custom Identity and Custom Trust" instead of the demo identity and trust. I created new keystores and saved them in the same $FMW_HOME/wlserver_10.3/server/lib folder where the demo identity and trust files were, but with different names. Then I went into the WLS console and updated the Keystore and SSL tabs on each server. I thought this was working fine but on 2 test environments, I'm having issues with fs_clone returning an
