upgrade Oracle database to Windows 2019 server

Hi,

We have an existing contract (License maintenance support). We plan to upgrade Oracle also move it from windows 2012 server to windows 2019 server. My question is can keep using the same contract (License maintenance support), and renew each year as usual? I means we don't need to purchase a new Oracle license, correct?
