How Goldengate license work when installation on NFS

The source db database is remote server, oracle Goldengate  is installed on NFS (shared by 2 members in cluster), we are paying 64 cores.

Now we want to change the installation on LOCAL per support to resolve the performance issue. Will this cause the license violation, as both member in the cluster has 64 cores.
