Disable Subledger Create Accounting Post in GL

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.3.

Finance Manager is asking to disable Create Accounting Post in GL from subledger in both Create Accounting Program:



, and Tools Menu item:



Subledger user, can create accounting draft or final, transfer to GL, but never Post in general Ledger.

Is changing setting Subledger Accounting Options==>Allow Post Override to No, will fulfill this need?
