Disable Subledger Create Accounting Post in GL

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.3.

Finance Manager is asking to disable Create Accounting Post in GL from subledger in both Create Accounting Program:


and Actions option:


Subledger user, can create accounting draft or final, transfer to GL, but never Post in general Ledger.

Does setting Subledger Accounting Options==>Allow Post Override to No fulfill this need?
