EM Cloud control not showing PDBs

Hello people.

After years or standalone databases, I'm upgrading our estate to CDB/PDB architecture. After doing so and adding the CDB to Oracle Enterprise Manager I notice sometimes my pluggable databases do not show. I can't work out why some do and some don't. Is there some config change I need to make. For example I have an oracle 19.3 container with 2 PDBs. In EM it shows 0 PDBs. I attached a couple of images
