Dataguard Physical st-by will not start even in a read only mode after machine cloning

Hello,

We run Oracle 19c on Linux read hat in a 3 node Dataguard (1 primary and two standby) without automatic fail over.

So in order to switch the primary from the current to the one of the standby we run dgmgrl abd then switchover to <any-stand-by-db> and it switch correctly always and perfectly without any loss of data.

The linux servers are running on VMWARE.

Today we have trird somenthing diffent and it has failed badly below the details.

We wanted to simulate a major disaster so we did the following

1) shutdown all the 3 dataguard nodes

2) clone via wmware urility one of the two standby db
