When user defines a periodic alert to send email, is there any column length limit ?

Hi experts.

I met an issue that the concurrent request was not completed for a long time about more than 2 days.

The concurrent request from period alert system is run once a day periodically and the requests are completed in 2~5 seconds normally.

I think that the difference between normal requests and issue request is the Subject length.

(We can define the Subject and Max Width as the form "Action Details")

The length of a subject of the data on issue date is more than 80 (exactly 93).

There is the issue (request pending) and the length of the subject is more than 80 for the first time.
