Should I install Bi Publisher or Analytics Publisher as part of an upgrade

Hello BIP Community.

Currently involved in an extensive upgarde of Oracle Reports and eBusiness Suite. The upgrade of Oracle Reports is to Oracle BI PUblisher. I am confused because Oracle have set end of premier support for BI Publisher as 12.2.x as Dec 2023.

Therefore, should I be upgrading my Reports to Oracle Analytics Publisher rather than Oracle BI Publisher now. If I upgarde to Oracle ANalytics Publisher will it work on Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.x which is to be replaced by FMW 14C in 2023 - https://www.oracle.com/a/ocom/docs/middleware/fusion-middleware-statement-of-direction.pdf
