Error: ORA-03149: invalid Oracle error code

Instant Client 19c installed on Windows 32 bits.

Database connection via sqlplus works fine.

However when the user tries to do inserts through the Oracle Client he gets the Ora Error "ORA-03149: invalid Oracle error code".

This happens with a particular invoice.


According Oracle Support is the above mentioned error a known issue: Solution This is a known issue with Oracle Bug ID 14489591.

But its not clear for me which patch number i need to download and apply.

Could you please send me the right patch number for this issue?
