iPad scanning issue - Invalid Item ID Length

Good morning Oracle Support -

I have a quick question on IPAD mobile scanning part. Can the mobile device camera behavior from scanning QR code first to scanning barcode first? Is it configurable or requires some code change?

Client version: V19.0.3

It would be great if you can provide some thoughts on this. If this is something we need to check via Oracle SR, please do let me know.
