Adding Column to Workplan Active Version form?

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

We're running EBS 12.2.7 and have a request to add the workplan total cost amount to the Workplan -> Task -> Active View form. We can see this total if you click the Edit icon from there, but need it on the View form. Anyone know if this can be done with a personalization?
