Linkage between Measures and Hierarchies

When we create a Vanilla RDF application, at the Promotion Maintenance workbook, it only show up the measures that are availab for the promo dimension selected, for example, If I create an workbook only with the blackfriday promo, all the measure of the workbook will be specific for this promo selected.

However If I create new measures, those measures will be shown whichever promo I select, using the last example, the christmas measures will be shown even if I select only the black friday promotions.

Is there anyway I cant stablish some measures to be shown in a workbook only if I select only an specific hier (Like the case of promotion at promo maintenance workbook)?
