Shared Memory Utilized during database creation

Hi,

I have physical memory 40 GB.

OS have shared memory: 6GB

Oracle User have shared Memory: Allocated 20 GB, Used 11 GB, Free 9 GB

Grid User have shared Memory: Allocated 14 GB, Used 2 GB, Free 12 GB

Total Memory free 20 GB.

In this scenario, when I try to create new database. It is saying there is no shared memory available.

Can anyone help me understand what is the reason behind it?
