Can we install Oracle DB 19C for JDE E1Local

Hello Team,

We are using JDE 9.2 (TR 9.2.2.1) in one of our setup.

We want to migrate JDE Deployment server from Old hardware to new hardware with latest Operating System (Windows 2019).

Hence wanted to understand E1Local19C DB installation steps later followed by DS installation.

Once E1Local is installed we will be migrating (using EXPDP and IMPDP tools) E1Local 12C from Old hardware to new hardware E1Local 19C.

Your expert advise is much appreciated.
