Accrual form Coming as Blank and unable to apply leave

Dear Gurus,

When one of our employee applies leaves its throwing error like

" The Absence will decrease the employee's PTO net entitlement to less than Zero for one or more of thier accrual plans"

Ora - 06512 at apps.HR_PERSON_ABSENCE_API line 1002


and when i checked Accrual its showing blank page. Actually its is having 39 leaves but its throwing error and when i investigated further, before 02Jun2022 , its fine from 02Jun2022, its got this issue.

Please let me know what could be the error.
