employee accrual not the same on accrual form vs employee pay slip

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

We recently discovered that the ceiling was missing on our Sick accrual plans. after updating the maximum carryover and the ceiling, employees still accrue sick ours in the payroll archive which is displayed on the employee pay slip. What the employee will see will be different than what is on the accrual form. This is not the case with any other accruals they all currently match as the caps have been in place since go-live in 2016.
