Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Cannot See or Access Any RFCs (Started today)

Hi,

This started this morning. When I login to My Oracle Support, I receive an error stating "The Support Identifiers selected in PowerView must be associated with the same customer organization. Please adjust your Support Identifier selection.".

What is going on? I didn't change anything since yesterday. I click on Support Identifier at the top, and see both of our support identifiers. I click on UPDATE, just for yucks, without changing anything.

I click on MANAGED CLOUD and see empty lists for PLANNED CHANGES and TECHNICAL SERVICE REQUESTS. There were hundreds of items there yesterday.

I have an open RFC. It cannot be found through a search, so I can't see it or open it or anything at all. What is going on?
