Access Control List (ACL) privileges

Hello,

Oracle Database 19c (EE r19.0)

With regards to ACL privileges, I am only aware of 'connect' and 'resolve'. But in the database I'm working with I see 'smtp' and 'http'. Are these valid privileges? What are they for?
