Oracle database 19.9. - Certification with RedHat 8

Hello,

please, where can I find what minor version OS RedHat 8 is certified for Oracle 19c with minor version 19.9.

On support pages is possible to find information to Oracle database 19.0.0.0.0 and not for 19.9.0.0.0 and result is that Redhat 8 is certified but without information about minor versions (8.2, 8.3 etc). There is only information about these 2 things:

Minimum RU: 19.7 (or 19.6 with patches, refer to aforementioned certification notes)

Minimum kernel version: 4.18.0-80.el8.x86_64 or later

Can I update my Redhat OS to version last minor version (now 8.6) when I have Oracle database 19.9 ?
