unable to print document directly on way to printer

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear All,

one of user has new installation on his new laptop & working smothery but when he open PDF report so its was successfully open but when he press CTRL+P for printing so he unable to do this ... however we opened the same report & did it successfully.

what is missing on his system i mean any setup or configuration required his system because he has new installation on his system.
