Unable to connect to database

I have two node database RAC environment version 19.3.0. I want to add a third node. I have done below steps.

  1. Run gridsetup.sh script from existing node to add grid home on new (third) node.
  2. Extend oracle database home to new third node using addnode.sh

Now i was trying to add new instance on new third node using DBCA utility. dbca is giving error

[DBT-05513] Failed to connect to the database

Cause - Specified database credential is not valid to connect to the database . 

Action - Specify a valid sysdba user name and password to connect to the database.
