Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. DB long running Blocking (70 sessions blocked)

Hi Team,

I could see multiple sessions were blocked.

There must be some reason for long running blocker.

I observed that "Session Waits:WAITING: SQL*Net message from client and

enq: TX - row lock contention 1 5 waits in the database.

Kindly provide best approach to track why blocking sessions are occurred frequently nd need to track the reason for that.
