P3460Z1 Batch Number EDBT increments

Hi,

We are trying to bring in planning forecast data via ETL into E1 application P3460Z1.

But this application is being used by different branches and region to upload the data which is causing incrementals of Batch Number.

Question is: If ETL were to insert data in to this application via back end, then how should ask them to take care of batch numbers as it is always incrementing randomly.
