Support RDNAPTRANS 2018 by Oracle/Spatial?

Does Oracle/Spatial support the new version for coordinate transformation between the Dutch RDNAP system and the European ETRS89 system, called RDNAPTRANS2018?

It replaces the previous version, RDNAPTRANS2008.

If not, what must be added/changed in the MDSYS tables?
