Oracle 11g-> 19c via datapump

We are planning on moving a 11g oracle database on RHEL 6 to oracle 19c RHEL8 (new server).


The source database(11g) has one application schema (as far as I am aware) .


1-What should I be exporting and importing via datapump please?


2- What are detailed step by steps to complete this export and import please?


3-should i be exporting stats - if not what do i need to do on target database to baseline the stats
