Can cash receipt tolerances be set to work on base currency?

Hi

We are using JDE Oracle E1, version 9.2 release 22, and have come across an issue I'm sure other users must of faced with.

We have a Columbian unit, base currency in COP, Columbian Peso's.

They have several customers billed in USD. The majority of customers are in COP.

There is a tolerance set on the cash receipt processing options of 1000.

This is fine when customers are paying bills issued in COP. 1,000 COP is roughly one quarter of a dollar, so only writes off very minor amounts.

But when customers pay in USD, it still takes the 1000 tolerance and applies this value to the currency receipt.

Howdy, Stranger!
