How is State Tax Data updated automatically when using more than one Empl Rcds.
Here is the scenario:
- Billy Bob is Hired Efft Dt 01/01/2022 and lives and works in TX - Empl Rcd = 0 and Job Indicator = Primary and Tax Location =TX
Efft Dt = 01/01/2022 -State Tax Data Res = Y and UI = TX - Y
Tax Dist efdt = 01/01/2022 with TX %100
Now- Billy Bob gets his Empl Rcd = 0 Payroll Suspended and is in an Efft Dt = 04/01/2022 Additional Job Empl Rcd = 1, Job Indicator = Secondary - Lives in TX but now works inTN and on this new Empl Rcd = 1 the Tax Location = TN.
State Tax Data Record does NOT updated to reflect a new efffdt or a UI = TN, - State Tax data retain data from Empl Rcd = 0 as primary jog. however Tax Distrib = has EfftDt = 04/01/2022 and State = TN @ %100
