Onboarding Acty Guide Status - Manager Cannot See Their Employee's Guide Status

Good Friday all - I am on PUM34/Tools 8.58.03, and in DEMO, when RCHANNING looks at David Ho's Onboarding Activity Guide, via the Related Actions link, she is able to see view only his activity guide items and status as well as able to send a reminder notification. We love this, but in our database, we can get all up to the Related Action link, but when clicked, we get a blank page with 'You sre not authorized for this page' message.

Any guidance would greatly be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.
