Serial Tagging enabled but pick does not prompt for SN
We are WMS-enabled and using 12.2.3. We are testing the Serial Tagging functionality. It seems to work as expected for most users - they are prompted to enter serial numbers during a mobile Paper Based Pick. However, we have found that one user is not being prompted for serial numbers. This user is in the same mobile responsibility and following the same process as the other users. Why would this user not get prompted for serial numbers?
