Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. US and CANADA | VERTEX | Tax rate is not defaulting on AR Manual and Auto Invoices

We recently upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, from then All AR invoices of US and Canada are creating without tax.

Below fields are having list of values but Rate Name is not showing any list of values.

Tax Regime Code, Tax, Jurisdiction and Tax Status
