FDMEE Transform process hanging/long running

We've been encountering intermittent issues in the FDMEE Transform process in the past weeks/months.

There were days that the transform process was running long for more than an hour from the expected 20-30 mins run. In order to resolve the issue we are encountering, we kill the running process and recycle the FDMEE server then rerun the process to success.

We tried checking the FDMEE and ODI logs but we are not seeing any error or sign why the process is intermittently long running. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Is there a step you can share/ suggest how to troubleshoot and prevent this issue.
