Issue adding Windows shared printer to CUPS on OL6.5

we were trying adding windows share printer to CUPS in oracle linux 6.5, using smb, but our username/password is erased when we click save, so when we test the connection, it continue showing error because of the user/password.

can we be guided in this? on how to add windows share printer in CUPS?

we are in urgent needing this since the usual print server dongle is end of life, there is no one produce LAN - LPT1 anymore.
