Copied Essbase Database disappears after a while

Hi all

Has anyone in this community experienced this behaviour?:

We copied a database under EAS console as a backup, by right clicking on the existing one and select Copy and create a new one with a different name. So far no problem.

We noticed few days later that the newly copied database disappears with associated folders and logs, which does not help for the diagnosis.

We noticed this after some users complained that there was an error that the said Db did not exist and under EAS console NONE of the other DB displayed. We had to restart all DB for them to show up again.
