Can you prevent Prepaid Accounts from being included in the Receipt Accrual Process?

We are on PUM 36 Tools 8.57.12. We would like to prevent our prepaid accounts from being included in the receipt accrual process. I am posing the question here to see if this can be handled through configuration vs customziation.
