PeopleSoft- Ben Event status going to Finalized-Prepared None

Hi All,

One of the new hire Ben service date & Org Instance Service date on JOB data component changed prior to employees original start date with Override flag.

Ben event status changed to FP where as HIR event went to Finalized- Can any one help on this issue and let me know if more details required on this.
