Giving access to few users for OTM App mobile password reset

We are on OTM cloud instance.

We receive lot of request for OTM mobile APP password reset.

Many times if the password is not reset on time, this lead to delay in shipment execution.

Is there a way to provide a few department users in my services to reset the password for their department's driver?
