Anyone else experincing issues with adding attachments in Expenses?
We are currently on R12.2.10 we are experincing users who when creating an expense claim can not see the icon to add attachments. It does not matter what browser they use the option to add an attachment is missing? It is not limited to corportae machine we also have staff who are using own personal devices. There does not seem to be a pattern to which users are affected and which users are not? Has anyone else experienced this issue or know what is causing or how to solve?
