R12.1.3 Change Legal Entity Address with one from another country

Hello,

We are trying to update the Legal Entity registered address for a LE in Germany Operating Unit with an address that is located in Switzerland.

The address cannot be found in the list of available addresses:

How can we add an address that pertains to a different country?

Additional Note: We can create a new Registered Address directly in the OAF page screen, but we want to select an existing one.
