Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can i download patches with download access status is "EXTENDED SUPPORT"

When i logged in my oracle support and try to download certains patches i noticed that the download button is disabled. What is the reason?
