How to Upgrade Oracle Linux 7 to oracle 8 which contain oracle database 12c

I want to upgrade my oracle linux 7 to 8. can i upgrade it using linux iso image? The server is in production environment, so there is no internet access and the server contain oracle database 12c.

please suggest me what i have to do....
