Issue with CHCD in FA module when creating JE using P0911

I am using 9.2 and have an unique set up. The issue is with regard to CHCD being wrongly assigned once the JE is created. Our set up is something like this:

First Cost Account - 299.2110.1010

Accumulated Depreciation Account - 299.2110.5010

Note the object account. And then i create a JE with above entries & then post it to FA.

When we check the entries we find that the CHCD assigned with '1' for both records.

AAI s for FC, FD have been defined as below:

Start Range FC01 - 2110 1000 / End Range FC02 - 2110 1010

Start Range FD01 - 2110/5000/End Range FD02 - 2110 5010
