Expenditure Org Default profile

Hello in R12 version, in sysadmin/profiles system values, while entering a value for the profile PA: Default Expenditure Organization in AP/PO at the responsibility level, it is not listing the new organization created recenty.

the new organization already has the 4 CLASS exists in HR_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_V  table: OPERATING_UNIT PA_EXPENDITURE_ORG PA_INVOICE_ORG PA_PROJECT_ORG
