Multiple States - Unemployment

We have an employee that met the SUI limit in Washington. They transferred to Wisconsin in April. SUI is not being calculated for WI even though we have the proper Work State and Work Tax Area on the employee.

Oracle states: JDE will always pass prior state amounts to Vertex and Vertex will decide if the current state worked accepts SUI carryover. The basis of SUI carryover limits will be recognized sooner so that SUI overpayments will be eliminated.

Vertex states: Payroll Tax Q Series does not store customer data so is not any carryover in Vertex that prevents the employee's contribution in Wisconsin.
