Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i have oracle 12c product(12.2.1.4) and i want to do security patch update as per the oracle support suggestion.

my Opatch version is 13.9

java version is 1.8

should i just follow the attached

instruction given in oracle document for security patch
